Glucosamine Sulphate: Glucosamine (C6H13NO5) is an amino sugar and a prominent precursor in the biochemical synthesis of glycosylated proteins and lipids. Glucosamine is part of the structure of the polysaccharides chitosan and chitin, which compose the exoskeletons of crustaceans and other arthropods, cell walls in fungi and many higher organisms. Glucosamine is one of the most abundant monosaccharides. In the US it is one of the most common non-vitamin, non-mineral, dietary supplements used by adults. Glucosamine is a popular alternative medicine used by consumers for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Glucosamine is also extensively used in veterinary medicine as an unregulated but widely accepted supplement.

Methyl Sulphonyl Methane: Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM), is an organosulfur compound with the formula (CH3)2SO2. It is also known by several other names: DMSO2, MSM, Methyl Sulfonyl Methane, Methyl Sulfone, and Dimethyl Sulfone. This colourless solid features the Sulfonyl functional group and is considered relatively inert chemically. It occurs naturally in some primitive plants and is present in small amounts in many foods and beverages and it is marketed as a dietary supplement. MSM (alone or in combination with glucosamine sulfate) was helpful in relieving symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.

Chondroitin Sulphate: Chondroitin sulfate is a sulfated Glycosaminoglycan (GAG) composed of a chain of alternating sugars (N-acetylgalactosamine and glucuronic acid). It is usually found attached to proteins as part of a proteoglycan. A Chondroitin chain can have over 100 individual sugars, each of which can be sulfated in variable positions and quantities. Chondroitin sulfate is an important structural component of cartilage and provides much of its resistance to compression. Along with glucosamine, Chondroitin sulfate has become a widely used dietary supplement for treatment of osteoarthritis. Chondroitin is an ingredient found commonly in dietary supplements used as an alternative medicine to treat osteoarthritis and also approved and regulated as a symptomatic slow-acting drug for this disease (SYSADOA) in Europe and some other countries. It is commonly sold together with glucosamine. Chondroitin and glucosamine are also used in veterinary medicine.

Ascorbic Acid: Vitamin C is responsible for helping to build and maintain tissues and strengthening the immune system. The body requires vitamin C to form and maintain bones, blood vessels, and skin. Vitamin C is perhaps the most popular vitamin among the common nutrients and biochemicals. Ascorbic Acid is prescribed in veterinary medicine for the treatment of Vitamin C deficiency caused by liver disease and for certain toxicity syndromes, like acetaminophen toxicity. Ascorbic Acid is an essential nutrient for humans and certain other animal species, in which it functions as a vitamin..

Tocopheryl Acetate 50% (Vitamin E Acetate): Tocopheryl Acetate, also known as vitamin E acetate, is a common vitamin supplement. The alpha form of tocopherol constitutes about 90% of the Tocopherol in animal tissue. It maintains the integrity of the bodys intracellular membrane, helps protect against heart disease and the development of cancer by enhancing immune function. Vitamin E maintains animals’ rate of growth better and potentially prevents the onset of secondary infections. This could translate into lower management costs, lower vet bills, and healthier animals, as well as a reduction in antibiotic use.

Manganese Chloride: These compounds are used to prevent skeletal abnormalities in calves and perosis in poultry. In cattle the recommended dose of Manganese Chloride is 0.2 – 0.6 g for a 500 kg weighing animal. Manganese is indispensable for the action of glycosyltransferase. This enzyme plays a role in the formation of the Mucopolysaccharide Chondroitin Sulphate, which is a component of cartilage and due to its action on the formation of cartilage it is also important for bone formation.

Zinc Chloride: Zinc is an essential element in the nutrition of animals and man. It acts as a cofactor of numerous enzymes, eg. Alcohol dehydrogenase, carbonic anhydrase, carboxypeptidase. Zinc plays a role in protein synthesis and cell division. It also exerts crucial influence on the maintenance of cell membrane stability and in the function of immune system. Mild Zinc deficiency contributes to impaired physical and neuropsychological development. Significant delays in linear growth, weight gain. Promotes growth, enhances immunity & hastens wound healing.

Boswellic Acid: Boswellic Acids are a series of pentacyclic triterpene molecules which are produced by plants in the genus Boswellia. Like many other Terpenes, Boswellic Acids appear in the resin of the plant which exudes them; it is estimated that they make up 30% of the resin of Boswellia Serrata. Boswellic Acid have been clinically studied for osteoarthritis and joint function, particularly for osteoarthritis of the knee.

Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite Complex: MCHC is the only nutritional substance, which is clinically proven to restore, lost bone density and also helps relieve pain accompanying Osteoporosis. In addition to being important for strong bones, calcium is required for muscle contraction. MCHC is known as complete bone food as it contains Calcium and Phosphorus found naturally in bones in a proper ratio in a special matrix structure along with natural proteins (Collagen), substituent amino acids, glucosaminglycan and broad range of trace minerals. MCHC is a complex biological calcium salt derived from bones and natural source, by a manufacturing process designed to ensure that the components retain the natural form and physiological proportions. No matter how much Calcium animals takes, absorbed, metabolize and retain in their bones. MCHC provides more than 70% of absorbable calcium with no adverse effects.

Indications: For reducing inflammation & pain associated with acute inflammation of body parts of a non-human animal, particularly joints due to injury or due to arthritic conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis or other diseases.
